An expert technician will be scheduled at your convenience to come out and diagnose the problem and in most cases, fix it right there on the spot. We provide onsite servicing with fully stocked vehicles that ensure that we can replace most parts that have or may have gone bad, or rewire any phone or networking problem that we find. Each technician is provided with a full onsite computer technicians kit with all of the tools needed to make your problem go away. If for any reason in the first thirty minutes one of our technicians feels that he can not fix your problem, he has the authority to change the onsite to a pickup and delivery, thus saving you, the client, money.
